Refund Policy

Our refund policy has conditions under which refunds are processed for our users.

We believe in quality and in time services to be provided to the satisfaction of our customers. But there might be circumstances where due to technical glitch, errors, objections or some inadvertent circumstances beyond our control, the services to be rendered get delayed or stuck in between without any outcome. In those circumstances we ensure that charges paid to us get refunded to the concerned client.

Before arising of any inconvenience as stated above we ensure that 100% of effort on our part to avoid such situation has been made but still if such a situation arises we will refund the amount after taking into consideration the points mentioned below:

  1. Any govt. fees if has been paid during carrying any such assignment will be deducted.
  2. Any ancillary services if provided such as making of DSC, pan, agreements, affidavits etc. their charges along with stamp duty will be deducted.
  3. We acknowledge defaults on our part and will refund accordingly but if there is default as to providing of information on the part of client or delay in providing any significant details or false information being provided which affects the timely completion of assignment will not be refunded at all.
  4. For refund email has to be dropped on hello@finnbull.com giving specifications of assignment and reason for demanding refund.
  5. Details of bank account in which amount is to be refunded should be mentioned in the email accurately, company will not be responsible if incorrect details is furnished and refund gets credited in that account.
  6. Refund will be initiated after approval mail being dropped to the client specifying amount to be refunded and any deductions if made along with amount so deducted.
  7. The client need to give affirmation or objection to the refund mail within 24 hours of mail send to the client.
  8. The amount will be credited into the account of the client provided in the email by the client within seven days of affirmation mail from the client.
  9. If any objection is there as to amount to be refunded same will be solved amicably after discussion through mail, chat or call.

Amount once refunded cannot be disputed.

Law & Jurisdiction

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by FinnBull (Kozmeo Edu Solutions Private Limited), will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Shimla.
